Bookings & Cancellations

 Once you have booked your appointment and paid a deposit, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. A reminder email and text will also be sent 12 hours before your appointment.​

 If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an appointment forfeit and your payment will not be returned and you will still be required to pay for the appointment. 

You have the freedom to cancel your session up to 12 hours in advance without any financial repercussions. Simply access your confirmation email and hit cancel with no fees or consequences. 

Alternatively, you can reschedule for a more suitable day and time. 

If you need to cancel within 12 hours, just let me know, and we can reschedule without any stress. However, cancellations without rescheduling will be subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, except for urgent situations where exceptions may apply. 

To cancel an appointment, please do so via the confirmation email (only allowed up to 12 hours in advance) or CALL/TEXT on 0428197269. I cannot guarantee all social media channels are checked regularly to monitor bookings. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate no-shows, and the full fee will be charged as your appointment slot cannot be filled by someone else.
